• Coaching is a goal-focussed partnership.

We start with a no-pressure chat to figure out where you're heading, what’s feeling stuck, and how we might work together on it.

After that, I’ll build a plan that fits you—no cookie-cutter stuff, just what helps most.

Sessions are relaxed and conversational. Most clients bring along a notebook and pen to sessions, in order to capture the good stuff.

There’s always something to do after a session - a little reading, something different to try, something to ponder…

  • I work with anyone who is looking to make sustained change.

Individuals who are looking for a little more clarity, confidence and momentum, and who want to make progress straight away.

  • Many individuals start with 4-6 sessions, conducted fortnightly or monthly. After that we have a chat about next steps.

Sessions are 60-minutes duration and can be conducted via MS Teams, Zoom, or face to face in Christchurch NZ.

There are no contracts to sign and no minimum number of sessions. Some people just need a one-off session, and others want a little more.

  • This depends on your goals, but most people report feeling more focussed, less stressed, and having a stronger sense of direction pretty quickly.

You’ll leave every session with some strategies to employ right away. The more you experiment with actions, the more likely you are to get great results.

  • As a professional coach I’m obligated to keep all interactiona with clients confidential.

Where an organisation has sponsored the coaching engagement, feedback on progress may be requested. However this is only carried out with the express permission of the client.

  • The process begins with a conversation with the employees manager/programme sponsor to understand the organisations goals and aspirations for the coaching.

A joint session between me, the coachee and the programme sponsor may be arranged, if appropriate. From here we conduct confidential coaching sessions tailored to support the team members growth, development, and performance.

Where progress feedback is requested, this may be given with the express permission of the coachee.
